Dorothy'S Walnut Kisses - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 egg whites, beaten stiff
    3 drops vinegar
    1 c. sugar
    1/4 c. chopped black walnuts
Preparation
    Beat vinegar into beaten egg whites.
    Gradually beat in sugar. Fold in walnuts.
    Drop by spoonfuls onto baking paper on a cookie sheet.
    Bake at 250\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
    Carefully remove from paper when slightly cool.
    These will develop a firm crust when cool.
    (For a festive touch, sprinkle with colored sugar prior to baking.)
