Aunt Pearl'S Lemon Pie Filling - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c sugar
1 c water
3 Tbsp cornstarch
2 egg yolks
3 lemons
2 Tbsp butter
Preparation

Mix sugar, water, corn starch, and cook until creamy. Add egg yolks, lemon rind and lemon juice, return to heat, cook until clear. Add butter, pour into baked pie shell and cover with meringue.
