Endive With Bacon Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 Tbsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 egg
1 c. milk
3 Tbsp. vinegar
3 to 4 strips bacon, crumbled

Preparation

In a saucepan combine all ingredients.
Stir until thick. Pour over endive that has been washed and broken into small pieces.
