Tangy Lemon Streusel Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. SuperMoist lemon cake mix
8 oz. plain yogurt
1/3 c. vegetable oil
1/4 c. water
3 eggs
1 c. finely chopped nuts
1/3 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Heat oven to 325\u00b0.
Grease and flour a 9 x 13-inch pan. Reserve 2 tablespoons cake mix (dry).
Beat remaining mix, yogurt, oil, water and eggs in a large bowl on low speed for 30 seconds. Beat on medium speed for 2 minutes.
Mix nuts, brown sugar, cinnamon and reserved cake mix.
Pour half of batter into pan. Sprinkle with half of nut mixture.
Repeat with remaining batter and nut mixture.
Bake for 40 to 45 minutes.
Cool.
Serve with sweetened whipped cream, if desired.
