Potato Bake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. bag Ore Ida southern hash browns
16 oz. sour cream
8 oz. pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 can cream of celery soup
1 medium onion, chopped
1 stick butter
corn flakes
Preparation

Mix all ingredients well.
Spread mixture into a 9 x 13-inch casserole dish.
Crumble corn flakes and sprinkle on top.
Melt butter and pour over mixture.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
