Spinach Jalapeno - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
    4 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1/2 c. canned milk
    1/2 c. vegetable liquid
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    3/4 tsp. garlic salt
    1/2 tsp. salt
    6 oz. jalapeno cheese
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    red pepper to taste
    bread crumbs (optional)
Preparation
    Cook spinach.
    Drain and save liquid.
    Melt butter and add flour and onion; cook until soft.
    Add liquid slowly.
    Add milk, seasonings and cheese.
    Add spinach and bread crumbs, if desired. Bake at 350\u00b0 until bubbly.
    Serves 6 to 8.
