Greek Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 lb. cooked skinless, boneless chicken breast
    3 medium ripe and meaty tomatoes (about 12 oz. total)
    1 c. (about 4 oz.) crumbled Feta cheese
    1 c. bottled olive oil vinaigrette salad dressing
    1 large head romaine lettuce
    freshly ground pepper
Preparation
    Cut the chicken into 1/2 to 3/4 inch pieces.
    Core and seed the tomatoes, then cut into 1/2-inch dice.
    In a medium mixing bowl, toss together the chicken, tomatoes, Feta cheese and vinaigrette. To serve, separate the romaine lettuce into leaves.
    Arrange 2 or 3 leaves on each plate.
    Spoon the chicken salad onto the lettuce.
