Ingredients

1 (16 oz.) can beets, sliced
1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. beet juice
1/4 c. vinegar
1 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Mix all ingredients (except beets) in saucepan and boil for 5 minutes.
Add drained beets and heat through. Add butter and serve hot.
