Rice And Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 stick butter or oleo
    1 medium chopped onion
    1 pkg. frozen broccoli, cooked several minutes
    1 small jar Cheez Whiz
    1 c. cooked rice (1/2 c. before cooking)
    1 can mushroom soup (plain)
Preparation
    Melt butter.
    Add onion; saute until clear.
    Add broccoli; stir thoroughly.
    Add soup; simmer on low to heat.
    Add cooked rice and cheese; stir.
    Put in casserole dish.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
    Cool until bubbly.
