Spaghetti Glamerama - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) thin spaghetti
    1/2 onion, chopped
    1/2 green bell pepper
    1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
    1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
    1 (16 oz.) can tomato paste
    garlic salt
    oregano
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. cottage cheese
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. sour cream
    1/3 c. grated onion
Preparation
    Cook spaghetti with 1 teaspoon salt for 5 minutes.
    Saute chopped onion and pepper; brown meat.
    Stir in tomatoes, garlic salt, oregano and tomato paste.
    Cook until well blended.
    Soften cheeses; add sour cream and grated onion and stir until blended. In a 2-quart casserole dish, put one thin layer of spaghetti; layer 1/2 of sauce mix, all of cream mixture next, and (cheeses), spaghetti layer and sauce on top.
    Bake, covered, in a 350\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes.
