Pickled Shrimp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. fresh or frozen shrimp
    1/2 c. celery tops
    3 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. mixed pickling spices (tied in a piece of cheesecloth)
Preparation
    Cover shrimp with boiling water; add celery tops, spices and salt.
    Cover and simmer 5 to 7 minutes.
    Drain, cool with cold water.
    Peel and devein under cold water.
