Sweet Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sweet potatoes, cooked
1/2 stick margarine
1/2 c. milk
2 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
pinch of salt
coconut and raisins (if desired)

Preparation

Mash potatoes and combine with other ingredients in a 2-quart casserole.
