Pizza Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    1 c. warm water
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. oil
    2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in warm water, sugar, salt and oil.
    Mix in flour. Beat 60 strokes and turn out on floured board.
    Knead.
    Let rest 5 minutes. Dough is ready to spread into pizza pan.
