Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
2 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 pkg. Lorna Doone cookies
2 Tbsp. margarine, melted
1 tsp. vanilla or almond extract

Preparation

Stir margarine and crushed cookies to make crust.
Blend and cream first 3 ingredients; put into crust and bake at 350\u00b0 for 55 minutes.
Take out of oven and cool.
Top with canned pie filling (cherries or strawberries); put in refrigerator until cool.
