3 c. dried, shredded coconut
1 tsp. almond extract
1 c. barley malt (at health food store)
3/4 tsp. sea salt
enough water to bind (up to 1 c.)
Preparation

Mix ingredients; roll dough into small balls.
Bake at 275\u00b0 until lightly browned (about 15 minutes).
