Marinated Pasta Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. uncooked pasta shells
    1/3 c. olive oil
    1/3 c. red wine vinegar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. basil
    1 large green pepper, minced
    1 small red onion, minced
    1/2 c. fresh parsley, minced
Preparation
    Cook shells; drain and rinse.
    Transfer shells to a bowl and toss with olive oil.
    Cover and chill 30 minutes.
    Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
    Serve very cold.
