Strawberry Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 1/2 c. water
1 c. sugar
4 Tbsp. cornstarch to thicken
3/4 c. mashed strawberries
3 c. strawberries
Cool Whip

Preparation

Combine water, sugar, cornstarch and mashed strawberries. Cook.
Place in pie shell.
Cool a bit and add 3 cups strawberries on top of pie.
Add Cool Whip.
