Peruvian Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. peeled, chopped tomatoes
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 c. chopped pared apple
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    small amount (1/2 inch) red hot pepper
    2/3 c. brown sugar
    3/4 tsp. salt
    3/4 tsp. ground allspice
    3/4 tsp. mustard seed
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    2/3 c. vinegar
Preparation
    Cook first 6 ingredients until thick, stirring often.
    Add remaining ingredients and cook until thick.
    Good on hot dogs and hamburgers.
