Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 3 1/2 lb. squash
    1 pt. sour cream
    2 eggs
    1/2 stick butter
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    cracker crumbs (enough to cover top)
Preparation
    Boil squash until tender and drain well.
    Mash well with 1/2 stick butter.
    Season to taste with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
    Add 2 well-beaten eggs and sour cream.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 about 20 minutes. Add crumbled cracker crumbs on top; return to oven for 5 minutes.
