Eggplant Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 eggplant
    6 tomatoes
    1 green pepper
    6 medium onions
    2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/3 c. oil
Preparation
    Pare and slice the eggplant and onions.
    Slice the pepper. Brown in frying pan in oil.
    Place the browned vegetables in a greased casserole, alternating with the sliced tomatoes.
    Season each layer with salt and pepper.
    Bake in a 400\u00b0 oven for 40 to 45 minutes.
