Potato Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 or 5 potatoes, pealed and cubed
1 large onion, cubed
Salt and pepper to taste
2 Tbsp. all purpose flour
1 c. milk, cream or condensed milk
Preparation

Boil potatoes, onion, salt and pepper in just enough water to cover until potatoes are tender.
Add additional water if the mixture is not
\"soupy\" enough.
Add flour mixed well into milk. Bring mixture to boil again and serve.
Garnish with chives, green onions, cilantro or parsley.
