Whole Wheat Sopaipillas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. white flour
    1 c. whole wheat flour
    4 tsp. baking powder
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 1/2 c. water (more or less)
    oil for frying
Preparation
    Mix
    dry ingredients; add oil and water.
    Knead to make a soft
    dough.
    Let stand a few minutes.
    Roll about 1/8-inch thick. Cut into squares.
    Fry in oil (hot).
    Drain.
