Canned Spaghetti Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 bushel tomatoes, scalded, skinned and cut up
    6 bell peppers
    garlic to taste
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 c. water
    3 large onions
    2 Tbsp. hot sauce
    2 Tbsp. oregano
    1 to 2 Tbsp. salt
    6 small cans tomato paste
Preparation
    In large cooker, combine the first 9 ingredients.
    Cook 2 hours.
    Add tomato paste.
    Cook 2 more hours.
    Can and seal.
