Cheese Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 1/2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
1 Tbsp. chopped pimento
1 Tbsp. chopped onion
1 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
dash of cayenne pepper
dash of salt
Preparation

Combine cheeses.
Mix well.
Add remaining ingredients.
Shape into 2 logs or balls or 1 large if preferred.
(If placed in the refrigerator for a few minutes, easier to shape.)
Roll in finely chopped nuts.
