Broccoli Cheese Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 chicken bouillon cubes or 6 tsp. crystals
6 c. water
1 c. diced onions
1 c. diced celery
1 c. diced carrots
2 1/2 c. diced potatoes
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1/2 lb. cubed Velveeta cheese
1 box frozen broccoli or 1 small bunch fresh broccoli
Preparation

Simmer bouillon in water until dissolved. Add onions and celery. Simmer, covered, for 15 minutes. Add carrots and potatoes. Simmer, covered, for 15 minutes. Add broccoli.
Simmer, covered, for 15 minutes. Add soup and cheese.
Simmer until well blended and cheese is melted.
