Strawberry Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1 Tbsp. cinnamon
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
4 eggs, well beaten
1 1/4 c. oil
2 c. sweetened strawberries with syrup
1 1/4 c. chopped walnuts

Preparation

Sift dry ingredients together.
Make a well in center.
Add liquid mixture.
Stir just enough to moisten dry ingredients. Pour into 3 well-greased pans, 9 x 5 x 3-inch.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Cool in pan 5 minutes.
