Barley Pilaf Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. margarine
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
    1 1/2 c. pearl barley
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    3 c. beef bouillon
Preparation
    Melt margarine in skillet.
    Add onions, mushrooms and barley. Cook on medium heat until highly browned.
    Place in casserole dish.
    Stir in salt and pepper.
    Cover.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
