Scallops In Orange Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. large scallops
1/2 c. orange marmalade
1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
2 tsp. horseradish
2 tsp. soy sauce
Preparation
-
Fry scallops in margarine in very hot skillet until very brown.
Turn.
Pour sauce made from balance of ingredients over scallops and continue to fry about 2 more minutes to finish cooking.
Drizzle sauce over scallops to serve.
