Stuffed Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium baking potatoes
    3 oz. cream cheese
    1 small onion, finely chopped
    1 bag shredded Cheddar cheese (plain or Mexican)
    bacon bits
Preparation
    Bake the potatoes. Cut in half lengthwise. Scoop out the inside. Combine insides with cream cheese and chopped onion. Fill potato skins with mixture. Top with shredded Cheddar cheese and bacon bits. Bake 12 to 15 minutes at 375\u00b0.
    Serves 8.
