Hot Fudge Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 c. cocoa or 3 (1 oz.) sq. chocolate
1/2 c. margarine
1 1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. flour
pinch of salt
1/4 tsp. vanilla
3 large eggs
ice cream
Preparation

Melt chocolate and margarine together; beat in sugar.
Fold in flour and salt.
Add vanilla.
Beat eggs; fold into mixture.
Turn into a greased 9-inch pie pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes. Do not overcook.
Top each slice with ice cream while still warm. May be reheated.
Serves 6.
Yum.
This makes for a quick dessert if in a hurry.
