Hamburger And Mushroom Gravy - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 onion, sliced
1 Tbsp. margarine
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can milk (use soup can)
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Melt margarine in skillet. Form ground beef into patties and place in skillet.
Fry until brown and cooked through.
While meat is cooking, put onion on top and salt and pepper.
After meat is thoroughly cooked, pour in soup and milk. Cover and simmer on low heat, stirring occasionally, for 30 minutes. Serve over mashed potatoes or rice.
