Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 c. cooked chicken, diced or shredded
2 Tbsp. salad oil
2 Tbsp. orange juice
2 Tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. salt
3 c. cooked rice
1 1/2 c. small green grapes
1 1/2 c. sliced celery
1 (13 1/2 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained
1 c. slivered almonds
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
Preparation

Combine chicken, salad oil, orange juice, vinegar and salt. Let stand while preparing remaining ingredients.
Toss all ingredients together and serve.
