Chocolate Chip Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. yellow butter cake mix
    1 pkg. vanilla instant pudding
    1 c. Crisco oil
    1 c. milk
    1 pkg. German chocolate, grated (save 1/4 c. for later)
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
    4 eggs
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients and beat. Bake in tube pan about 1 hour at 350\u00b0. While hot, sprinkle with 1/4 cup powdered sugar and remaining grated chocolate.
