Maree'S Hot Milk Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 eggs (room temperature)
2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1/4 lb. butter
1 c. milk

Preparation

Melt butter in milk in saucepan.
Beat eggs until frothy (3 minutes).
Add sugar and while beating add flour.
Add milk mixture; add 2 teaspoons baking powder and 2 teaspoons vanilla. Beat until mixed.
Bake at 350\u00b0 in 9-inch pans 20 to 25 minutes or in tube pan for 55 to 60 minutes.
