Lemon Cake Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    grated yellow rind (off 1 lemon)
    squeeze juice of 1 lemon
    2 level Tbsp. flour
    butter (spoonful, size of egg)
    2 egg yolks
    1 c. milk
    1 unbaked pie shell
Preparation
    Mix well together and add 1 cup milk.
    Beat the egg whites of your 2 eggs; fold into the other ingredients.
    Pour into unbaked pie shell.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    (If top browns too fast, turn down to 250\u00b0 for it must get to a custard in center.)
