Southern Style Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 large potatoes (white)
    1/2 c. finely chopped green peppers
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    2 tsp. seasoned salt
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    3 hard-boiled eggs
    1 tsp. Accent
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 c. red pimentos, diced
    1/4 c. mustard (prepared)
    1 c. salad dressing
    1/4 c. chopped dill pickles
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1 small can maraschino cherries (to garnish)
    1 tsp. black or white pepper
    2 tsp. Morton Nature's Seasons
    1 c. crisp fried bacon with rind, chopped
Preparation
    Wash and boil potatoes until done.
    Peel, then mash potatoes. In a bowl, combine the remaining ingredients, except seasonings, eggs and cherries.
    Toss, then add seasonings.
    Add 2 chopped eggs; use remaining egg to place on top of potato salad (sliced). Makes 8 to 10 servings.
