Lemon Chess Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 stick margarine
    3 large eggs
    grated rind of 1 large lemon
    juice of lemon (scant 1/4 c.)
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. cornmeal
Preparation
    Soften margarine and cream with sugar.
    (Mix this pie by hand.)
    Add eggs, one at a time.
    (Do not beat; stir in.) Add lemon juice, grated rind, salt and cornmeal.
    Mix well and pour into unbaked pie shell.
    Cook for 30 minutes or until set at 350\u00b0.
