Pizza Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. Italian sausage
1 can pizza sauce
1 can stewed tomatoes
1 medium onion
1/4 tsp. oregano
8 oz. pkg. wide noodles
8 oz. Mozzarella cheese
Preparation

Remove sausage from casing and break into small pieces.
Brown in small amount of olive oil. Add onion and oregano.
Drain after browning.
Add pizza sauce and stewed tomatoes.
Cook noodles until tender. Drain and rinse. Add to the meat sauce.
In a 9 x 13-inch pan, place half the mixture.
Sprinkle with half the cheese and continue until all has been placed in pan. Sprinkle top with remaining cheese.
Bake in a 350\u00b0 preheated oven for about 45 minutes.
