Steak And Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. steak
salt and pepper to taste
nonstick spray
2 c. water
1/2 c. flour
1 pkg. Hytop brown gravy mix

Preparation

Liberally spray slow cooker with nonstick spray.
Trim all visible fat from steak.
Season steak with salt and pepper. Place flour in bag, add steak, shake, coating well.
Cook in slow cooker on high until tender.
Add brown gravy mix and water. Continue cooking until gravy thickens.
Serve over rice, potatoes or bread.
