5 Hour Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. stew meat
    6 carrots
    2 stalks celery
    3 potatoes
    1 large onion
    2 1/2 c. tomatoes
    1 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. thyme
    4 Tbsp. tapioca
Preparation
    Cut up vegetables.
    Mix all ingredients in kettle.
    Bake 5 hours in a 250\u00b0 oven without opening the oven door.
