Italian Sweet Easter Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. shortening
    2 egg yolks, slightly beaten
    1 to 2 Tbsp. water
Preparation
    Sift the flour and salt together; cut shortening into flour. Sprinkle over egg yolks, slightly beaten.
    Add water.
    Mix thoroughly with a fork until blended.
    Roll out and form a bottom crust in a 9-inch pie pan.
    Fill unbaked crust with egg mixture and bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    May be served chilled or at room temperature.
