Harvest Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. chopped apples
    2 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    2 tsp. baking soda
    3/4 c. chopped walnuts
    1/2 c. raisins (optional)
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 c. vegetable oil
    3 1/2 c. flour
Preparation
    Mix chopped apples and sugar.
    Let stand one hour; stir occasionally.
    Add salt, nutmeg, cinnamon, baking soda and walnuts.
    Mix.
    Add eggs and oil; mix.
    Stir in flour and mix well.
    Pour into greased and floured Bundt pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes.
