Oriental Flank Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. flank steak
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 tsp. honey
    1/4 c. cider vinegar
    1/4 tsp. hot pepper sauce
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation
    Mix marinade ingredients well.
    Pour over flank steak placed in plastic bag.
    Let stand 4 to 24 hours in the refrigerator, turning often to distribute marinade.
    When ready to cook, remove from marinade and place over hot coals or broil until done to your liking.
    Serves 4.
