Indiana Farm Breakfast Sausage - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. ground pork
1/2 c. chopped onions (white)
2 tsp. parsley flakes
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. rubbed sage
1 tsp. dried basil (optional)
1 tsp. dried marjoram (optional)
1 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. red pepper
1/4 tsp. dried thyme (optional)
Preparation

If possible have pork at room temperature before starting.
Mix all spices together.
Mix spices with onions and pork.
Knead all ingredients into pork thoroughly.
Make patties and store in refrigerator overnight.
Next morning, heat skillet and cook until done.
