Beef Shish Kabobs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    sirloin steak (1 1/2-inches thick, 1/3 to 1/2 lb. per person)
    mushrooms (2 to 3 per person)
    medium size onions (1 to 2 per person)
    cherry tomatoes (1 per person)
Preparation
    Cut steak into large cubes; parboil onions for about 15 minutes and cut into quarters.
    Rub skewers with oil.
    Spear cubes of steak, mushrooms and onions alternately on skewers.
    Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
    Cook over barbecue grill or fire to desired doneness, placing tomatoes on end of skewers for last 5 to 10 minutes of cooking time.
