Strawberry Surprise Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 pkg. bran muffin mix
3/4 c. strawberry preserves

Preparation

Preheat oven as directed on muffin mix package.
In a small bowl, prepare muffin mix as directed.
Spoon 1/2 of batter into prepared muffin cups.
Top with 1 tablespoon of preserves.
Bake as directed.
