Blue-Cheese-Roquefort Salad Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 lb. Danish Blue cheese
    2 oz. French Roquefort cheese
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 1/2 c. sour cream
    1 c. buttermilk
    1/4 clove garlic, crushed
    3 Tbsp. grated onion
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 tsp. monosodium glutamate
    2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    5 drops Tabasco
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Run
    the onion through the meat grinder followed by the cheeses.
    (blender) Place in mixing bowl, add rest of ingredients. Mix
    well.
    It's
    best when made the day before, use so flavors can
    marry.
    If
    the dressing is too thick, thin with buttermilk.
