Homemade Ice Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 eggs
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    3 (12 fluid oz.) cans evaporated milk
    2 Tbsp. vanilla
    2 gal. size homogenized milk (enough to finish filling freezer)
Preparation
    Beat eggs thoroughly.
    Add sugar and continue beating.
    Add canned milk and vanilla flavoring.
