2 green onions, thinly sliced (1/4 c.)
1 tsp. finely shredded lemon peel
2/3 c. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
