Lemon Sirloin Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 boneless beef sirloin steak, cut 1 1/2-inch (about 2 to 2 1/2 lb.)
    2 green onions, thinly sliced (1/4 c.)
    1 tsp. finely shredded lemon peel
    2/3 c. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Trim fat from meat; place meat in plastic bag in a shallow dish.
