Ingredients

2 c. cooked rice
1 1/3 c. sugar
3 eggs, beaten
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. milk
4 Tbsp. butter
nutmeg
3/4 c. raisins (optional)
Preparation

Combine all ingredients.
Pour into buttered 8 x 8-inch baking dish.
Sprinkle nutmeg on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 about 30 minutes.
